What file types do you accept for design uploads?

We accept high quality PDF files for design uploads. Please supply the design file in 300dpi resolution and 3mm bleed to the design.

How long will it take to receive my Uncoated Loyalty Cards?

Our Loyalty Cards are dispatched in 2-3 working days after the approval of design, Place your order before 2:00 pm to get the order processed same day. Delivery is free and usually it’s next day with DPD courier.

I do not have the design for Uncoated Loyalty Cards, how should I proceed?

Don’t worry if you don’t have a design for your Uncoated Loyalty Cards. Many of our first-time customers also don’t have a design file.

To help you out, we offer a free professional design service for every order of Uncoated Loyalty Cards.

All you need to do is provide us with the information you want to include on the Uncoated Loyalty Cards, such as your logo.

Our designer will then create a professional design for you. Before printing, we’ll send you the design for your review and approval. Once you’ve approved it, we’ll proceed with printing the Loyalty Cards.
